Born in Kabwe, Central Province Zambia in 1993, Emmanuel Siatwinda is a self-taught artist inspired by various artists in Zambia as well as international artists.
Siatwinda is known for his versatility materials manifesting in sculpture and painting. He considers his studio practice a form of research space where thoughts and ideas gather resulting in exquisite pieces of art. For Siatwinda, the processes involved in production also allow for greater interrogations in themes such as “identity politics and mapping".
