About the Artist
Nayianoi Sitonik, a Kenyan visual and graffiti artist, has made a significant impact with her vibrant and dynamic pieces, each seeming to possess its own unique vitality. Lacking formal art education, Nayianoi has honed her craft through the guidance of mentors and her innate creativity. Her work in graffiti is evident in notable locations such as the Kigali Public Library and Roothouse Restaurant, and she has also performed live painting at prestigious venues like the French Embassy and Kempinski Hotel in Kenya.
Sitonik's art has not only been featured in multiple group exhibitions at venues like the Polkadot Art Gallery, Banana Hill Art Gallery, and the Royal Golf Club, but her pieces have also found homes in private collections across Africa and Europe. With seven years of professional art practice under her belt, Nayianoi currently creates and explores new artistic frontiers from her studio at the Kuona Art Center, continuing to contribute to the vibrant art scene with her unique blend of visual and graffiti art.
